Powers


Grit has a set of three ‘magical’ abilities, as part of him being a Commanding Officer in Advance Wars.

- Day to Day abilities: These are abilities that happen on a daily basis. Grit’s are that his indirect units can hit farther and harder, but his direct combat units, minus foot soldiers suffer in power and defense.

- CO Power: After a period of battling, a Commanding Officer using their CO Power, which is to give them a boost. Along with an increase to attack and defense for all units by 10%, his indirect combat units get extra distance and extra firepower.

- Super CO Power: If a Commanding Officer doesn’t use their CO power and allows it to keep building, they will eventually reach a Super CO Power. With Grit, those powers will increase his indirect combat units range even more, along with the previous increases to the attack.

These previous abilities can only be used with an army under his command. If he doesn’t have that, these abilities are useless.
